Emily graduated from the University of Newcastle in with a double degree in Law and Arts (psychology). She was admitted to the Supreme Court of New South Wales in February and the High Court of Australia in April Prior to commencing with the Law Office of Conrad Curry in July , Emily worked as a family law, domestic violence. Though she likes to think some of her characters are pretty great, the ultimate hero of her stories (including the one she's living) is Jesus. She lives in Wisconsin with her husband and their energetic coonhound rescue.


JUSTICE is full of surprises, secrets, and suspense, deception, and truth, all wrapped up with a biblical undercurrent. I love spending time with characters who are real and the characters in Conrad's novel are just that. You'll hate to turn that last page. I loved the evocative mid-twentieth century feeling portrayed by the cover—the retro streetlight, the s hairdo and plain black dress, but I didn’t want to have to deal with how s small-town America would deal with an unplanned pregnancy as the result of a rape. Emily Conrad lives in Wisconsin with her husband and two rescue dogs. She loves Jesus and enjoys road trips to the mountains, but always ends up coming home to the town where she grew up. She enjoys life there so much, she fictionalized her hometown to create the setting for her debut novel, Justice, which released from Pelican Book Group.
